Morgan Wallen’s This Bar — 4th Ave N, Nashville

Morgan Wallen's This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen sits on 4th Avenue North, a block off Broadway and next door to the Ryman. Six stories, three live music stages, six bars, and an open-air rooftop — a venue built to move thousands of people through it every single day. That kind of traffic is unforgiving on concrete. Footings that carry six floors, a slab that takes constant load, and exterior flatwork that never gets a day off. We placed all of it in a 4,000 PSI fiber-reinforced mix — the same spec we hold to on commercial work, because fiber controls the microcracking that shows up first in high-traffic pours and keeps the surface tight through Nashville's freeze-thaw swings. Downtown pours come with their own problems. Tight access, no laydown space, and a schedule stacked with other trades. We worked around it and kept our end on time.
